Commitment

Mentors in the MyBoard program will
    • actively participate in five MyBoard meetings with their Mentees during the program year, at least one of which will be an in-person meeting and four of which may be virtual meetings;
    • earnestly evaluate business information provided by the Mentee, while abiding confidentiality restrictions;
    • provide constructive advice and counsel to the Mentee intended to help solve problems in the realm of the Mentor’s field of expertise and experience;
    • understand that it is up to the Mentee to determine whether or not or to what extent to implement the Mentor’s advice, which is not necessarily reflective of the quality of advice provided by the Mentor;
    • provide feedback to The Center during and at the conclusion of the program year on the mentoring experience.


Upon submission of this intake form, The Center will strive to match you with an appropriate participating Mentee woman business owner.The Center  will work hard to arrive at optimal matches between Mentors and Mentees, which might result in a time lag between your application and match.The Center  will keep you informed regarding the timing of your potential match.
