According to our most recently conducted 2008 Member Demographic survey:

• The median age of our members is 27-28 years old.
• 60% of our members have a graduate or professional degree.
• The average income level of our members falls in the $75,000-$100,000 salary range.
• Almost 10% of our members fall in the over $150,000 salary range.
• 35% of our members work for Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 employers.
• Almost 50% of our members are born in North America and have spent their formative years here. Another 25% of our members are born in India, but have spent their formative years in North America.
• Our members are most interested in Professional Development. They are particularly keen in leadership development, industry specific networking and entrepreneurial workshops.
