NetIP North America would cordially like to invite all 2008 Chapter Leaders to our Officers Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas. We are pleased to offer you an exciting weekend to network with your fellow Chapter Leaders across the country both socially and professionally with a thoroughly thought-out agenda of fun and educational activities.

The NetIP Officers Leadership Conference (OLC) is primarily an in-house effort for Chapter Leaders to focus on shared collaboration. We have created various platforms to facilitate the discussion of executing quality pillar events and enhancing the NetIP membership experience as a whole. There will be numerous workshop sessions throughout the weekend where you will have the opportunity to mingle, network and brainstorm with each other to learn how to strengthen your chapter. The ultimate goal of this OLC is to provide an open forum for NetIP chapters to discuss common opportunities and challenges, as well as to proliferate best practices as an organization.

Registration

The conference is open to ONLY 2008 Local Chapter Officers and the current NetIP North America board. You must also be a paid 2008 NetIP member in good standing. Your registration will be invalidated if you do not meet the stated attendee requirements.

We are pleased to report due to overwhelming response, the OLC is now officially sold out! This year's OLC will be our largest to date with almost 70 attendees and close to full representation from all chapters across the country.

The cost of registration has been greatly subsidized to $35. This will include all meals on Saturday as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday. The cost of all OLC materials distributed will also be covered in this fee.

Transportation

The closer airport is Dallas Love Field (8miles away), although Dallas Fort Worth (20 miles) is also in the general vicinity. Airport shuttles are available from both airports.

Airport Shuttle Discount  (new)

A special discount has been arranged  to the Magnolia hotel from both Dallas airports. Make an online reservation with GO Yellow Checker Shuttle for a discounted $15 rate each way. You may choose to print a coupon instead for a rate of $16 each way.

American Airlines Discount
We have negotiated a 5% group discount rate with American Airlines for travel to Dallas. The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com for AA/AE flights only.  Use the authorization number "A2228BC" as the promotion code.
