Federal Circuit Bar Journal
The Federal Circuit Bar Journal provides scholarly articles as well as discussions of matters of general interest to practitioners, in the substantive and procedural law areas, reviewed by the Federal Circuit. Experienced practitioners will find analyses of critical and evolving issues and concerns. Practitioners new to the matters falling within Federal Circuit review will find a ready resource to acquaint them with matters affecting their practice.

Amicus Briefs
