Sponsorship Opportunities

FCBA offers three types of sponsorship opportunities to allow full participation by our member firms at our annual Bench & Bar conference (Event Contract).

Event Sponsorship: If you choose to sponsor a conference event such as one of the evening events, a refreshment break, or breakfast, you will be recognized in the following ways:

  • For all events you will receive recognition in the onsite conference program
  • Your company will be listed in all materials relative to the conference, including the FCBA website
  • Recognition on sponsor signage throughout the meeting
  • Recognition on signage during the event.

Conference Sponsorship: This is a general sponsorship of the Bench & Bar conference. Your sponsorship dollars will be spread over a variety of opportunities to maximize your exposure to the attendees. The benefits are as follows:

  • Company will be listed in the all materials relative to the conference, including the FCBA website
  • Recognition on sponsor signage throughout the meeting

Registration Sponsorship: This sponsorship covers members of your firm to attend the conference. You may send two attendees for $8,000 or four attendees for $14,000.  This price includes:

  • Conference registration fee, which includes all educational sessions, CLE filing, as well as all conference breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and dinners.
  • Three nights lodging at the conference resort.  Check-in will be Wednesday, June 25, 2008, with check-out on Saturday, June 28, 2008.  Additional nights are the responsibility of the conference attendee.
  • Contribution to the scholarship program under the Federal Circuit Bar Charitable and Educational Fund, which provides assistance for law students.
  • Recognition on sponsor signage throughout the meeting.
