The Hutchinson Writing Contest Committee invites all students from accredited law schools to submit a scholarly paper relating to the jurisdiction or procedure of the Federal Circuit. The committee judges those papers, and grant awards. Members of the committee receive the benefit of reviewing thoughtful analysis of relevant topics, before they may be published in law reviews.
