2010 Awards
Elfun of the Year and Elm Tree Award
In 2010 we held nominations to vote for Elfun of The Year. Each chapter was asked to submit a nomination on a member who met the following criteria:
- GE people connecting GE people
- Embracing new vision of Elfun - ambassador for the cause
- Helping each other, building the spirit of the GE family and remaining active as achievers.

Yogi Dayal - California North Chapter
Nick Vaccaro - Syracuse
We also had nominations submitted for the "Elm Tree Award". This award was given to the chapters who had done something outstanding, had long term community relationships, added new people to their roster and exemplified the GE Elfun motto "GE People connecting GE People".
