CAAE Corporate Partners

In an attempt to fully achieve its mission, CAAE engages corporate partners on an annual basis to assist with funding its goals and objectives. The CAAE Corporate Partner program provides resources that underwrite many activities of the Council's mission.

This benefits members of CAAE and its partners through a variety of ways including: relationship building between partners and members; improvement of the professional development aspects, the educational value and the informational nature of the Council's institutes and programs; and ultimately aids in the development of new and existing markets for high quality products and services through the Council's partners to its members and their constituents.

CAAE Corporate Partners are considered and administered based on the following program policies and procedures. Those interested in affiliating with CAAE should review the information below, and if interested, contact the Corporate Partner Liaison to express intent. CAAE Corporate Partner Program Policy & Procedures

  1. Eligibility – The ability to become a Corporate Partner will be open to any firm that wishes to support CAAE.
  2. Membership Application Process – Firms interested in becoming a Corporate Partner should submit a letter of interest by e-mail, mail or fax providing a general description of service/product focus, current client listing (preferably one or more CAAE alumni association members included), and contact information to whom communication and billing information should be sent. Inquiries should be directed to the Corporate Partner Liaison noted above.
  3. Program Dues – Once approved, Corporate Partner will be sent an invoice for $2,500 on an annual basis, September 1st to August 31st. Dues should be made payable to CAAE and sent to:

  4. Corporate Partner Benefits – The parameters and benefits for being a Corporate Partner are as follows:
    1. $2,500 annual fee (all institute sponsors must be CAAE Corporate Partners)
    2. A prorated fee is offered to those joining 9 months or less in the fiscal year (fiscal year beginning September 1st)
    3. Logo will appear on the CAAE website
    4. Corporate Partners will have a web page on the CAAE website with logo and links
    5. Listing and recognition in one issue of the CAAE newsletter
    6. Can provide promotional materials or promotional items for institute which will be displayed at a table with other CAAE school materials
    7. Opportunity to provide webinars to CAAE membership promoted by CAAE
    8. Opportunity to promote partnership on sponsor webpage on CAAE website
    9. Use of CAAE logo is permitted (materials must be approved by CAAE Executive Administrator)
  5. Sponsorship Opportunities - Two types of sponsorships are now available. Guidelines are shown below.
    1. Institute Regular Sponsorships - These are sponsorships that enable partners to participate in a structured way in each of the Council's institutes.
      1. $1,500 each (in addition to the annual fee of $2,500 for a total of $4,000)
      2. Provide up to two representatives at institute (additional representatives may attend at a charge of $250 per representative)
      3. Opportunity to sponsor both institutes for a $500 discount
      4. Opportunity to provide promotional materials or promotional items at display table
      5. Access to CAAE members contact info (through website)
      6. Introduction at CAAE dinner
      7. An exhibit area may be provided (dependent on space availability)
      8. Listing as a sponsor on two issues of the CAAE newsletter
      9. Sponsors are encouraged to stay at the institute hotel and will receive the CAAE member rate
      10. All partners are encouraged to wear corporate name tags at the institute
      11. xi. Includes all benefits for corporate partners
    2. Institute Title Sponsorships – One each for the annual Winter and Summer Institutes. There may be one exclusive institute title sponsor or two institute co-title sponsors that must be non-competing unless agreed to in advance by all parties. The title sponsor will be included in all pre- and post- institute promotions, extensive recognition during the conference and exclusive participation with CAAE members.
      1. Institute title sponsorship is $12,500 each (in addition to the annual fee of $2,500 for a total of $15,000)
      2. Institute co-title sponsorship is $7,500 each (in addition to the annual fee of $2,500 for a total of $10,000)
      3. Provide up to four representatives at institute (additional representatives may attend at a charge of $250 per representative)
      4. Opportunity to speak at CAAE dinner with all members
      5. Opportunity to provide promotional materials or promotional items for registration table and materials table
      6. Title sponsor logo will appear on the institute web page on CAAE site
      7. Access to contact info for all CAAE membership (through website)
      8. Opportunity to meet with CAAE Board members (reception)
      9. An exhibit area may be provided (dependent on space availability)
      10. Ad and logo recognition in CAAE newsletter two times a year
      11. Sponsors are encouraged to stay at the institute hotel and will receive the CAAE member rate
      12. All partners are encouraged to wear corporate name tags at the institute
      13. Includes all benefits for corporate partners
