Become a Corporate Partner

In an attempt to fully achieve its mission, CAAE engages corporate partners on an annual basis to assist with funding its goals and objectives. The CAAE Affinity Partner program provides resources that underwrite many activities of the Council’s mission.

This benefits members of CAAE and its partners through a variety of ways including: relationship building between partners and members; improvement of the professional development aspects, the educational value and the informational nature of the Council’s institutes and programs; and ultimately aids in development of new and existing markets for high quality products and services through the Council’s partners to the Council’s members and their constituents.

CAAE Affinity Partners are considered and administered based on the following program policies and procedures. Those interested in affiliating with CAAE should review the information below, and if interested, contact the Affinity Partner Committee Chair to express intent. CAAE Affinity Partner Program Policy & Procedures

  1. Eligibility – The ability to become an affinity partner will be open to any firm that wishes to support CAAE subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
  2. Membership Application Process – Firms interested in becoming a Partner Member should submit a letter of interest by e-mail, mail or fax providing a general description of service/product focus, current client listing (preferably one or more CAAE alumni association members included), and contact information to whom communication and billing information should be sent. Inquiries should be directed to the Affinity Partner Committee Chair noted above.
  3. Program Dues – Once approved, Partner Members will be sent an invoice for $2,500 on an annual basis, July 1-June 30. Dues should be made payable to CAAE and sent to:

  4. Partner Benefits – The benefits for being a Partner Member are as follows:
    1. Listing in the CAAE directory and annual survey,
    2. Logo and link on CAAE web site,
    3. Opportunity to provide literature for insertion in the summer and winter institute packets,
    4. Authorization to be known as a CAAE Partner and to use the CAAE logo in promotional materials in accordance with guidelines approved by the CAAE Board,
    5. Eligibility to sponsor programming in conjunction with the institutes, and
    6. Access to the CAAE listserv in the event of major industry/company news or changes (access to be granted by the Board).
  5. Sponsorship Opportunities – Three types of sponsorships are now available. Guidelines are shown below.
    1. Institute Regular Sponsorships – These are sponsorships that enable partners to participate in a structured way in each of the Council’s institutes.
      1. $1,500 each
      2. Promotional materials allowed
      3. Signage and recognition as institute sponsor
      4. Opening reception and dinner for four guests
      5. Recognition and introduction at dinner as sponsor
    2. Institute Programming Sponsorships – These are opportunities for our partners to underwrite substantive, educational segments of our semi-annual meetings. Examples include speakers, programs, program materials, etc.
      1. Pricing is negotiable and will likely be driven by programming cost
      2. The CAAE Board, in conjunction with institute program chairs will determine and evaluate these opportunities on a “case by case” basis
    3. Institute Title Sponsorships – One each for the annual Winter and Summer Institutes. The title sponsor firm will be included in all pre- and post-institute promotions, extensive recognition during the conference and exclusive participation with CAAE members for one of the evening meals during the institute. Title sponsors have historically supported the institute at the $15,000 level or higher.
